I leave for St Lucia tomorrow!!
I have packed my Gymboss timer and my skipping rope!! and have my BR workouts ready to go!!
I won't be able to post for a week and I know the new February challenge is starting on monday so I will be a week behind but thats ok!!
I am the most confident in my body I have ever been!!!

BUTT FAT MELTDOWN AND CAUGHT STRIPPING FAT
I was feeling energized this morning so I did two older BR workouts
Here are my scores
BUTT FAT MELTDOWN
12 rounds x 5/20sec
1. P/U and side jmp 6-5-5-5-4-4
2. Plank Elbow Knee Tck 10-9-9-7-10-9
Part 2. 3 min time challenge
5 Side to side half squat with 12kg sandbag, drop down and power up did this 8 times
Part 3 12 x5/20
1.Jump Squat 14-11-10-12-7-10
2. Side crunch 10-8-9-7-5-5
CAUGHT STRIPPING FAT
Part 1, 6 min time challenge
2commando p/u, roll, power up, squat with 12kg sandbag 10 times, down, roll and do again
did this 7 times
Part 2. 6roundsx 10/50
1. Sandbag Swing 20-13- gassed
2. Sandbag sit up 10-10(no weight) ---gave up LOL!
this was tiring but I pushed hard
Had a chocolate shakeology for breakfast after my workout...had a tuna melt with avacado and lettuce for lunch...greek yogurt with blueberries and granola and a 100 cal thinsation chip ahoy for snacks...and spicy tuna roll (5 pieces for dinner)
NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER!!!
Tomorrow I think I will do ZWOW's third workout as well as a BR workout..I hope the new one will be up by that time if not ill do an older one

BIKINI BOOTY WORKOUT
Well that was disappointing..
I finished it in 25:10 and then realized I didn't do it properly lol!!
For the second exercise I only did 10 of the 10xmountain climbers and clean and press and lunge...each round
OOPS!
Oh well
Im pooped!!! Today i went out for lunch with 2 of my gf's and we had cheesecake for dessert :S I really do think that eating like crap really effects your workouts....I need to get back on track with my eating..I try hard to eat healthy but then when I get home from work I know I snack wayyy too much....Esp on pistachios and tostitos with salsa :S
