Bringing Sexy Back

I know I am a little off with the workout order SORRY! just had to fit the quicker ones in on teh days where i didn\t have as much time
Tomorrow will definately be a rest day because i work 8am-8pm!!! boourns!
Anyways here are my scores
1. Press Up Burpee and plyo jump   10-7-6
2 Star Single toe touch abs  18-13-16
3 Sit Squat with 210lb DB instead of SB  21-18-16
4 Ball mountain climbers and Ugi Ball Toe Touch(10/10)  50 and 45   50 and 46  50 and 40

I was SPENT!! wowzers!

Today is day two of no chocolate and pop...I had the worst headache!! Its gonna be hard but staying as strong as I can!!!
