I did the Melt BOOTY FAT workout today Did it at 11pm lol..I prorastinated all day but knew Id feel like crap if I skipped one so i did it!
PART 1. 5/20x12 rounds
P/U with Side Jmp 8-6-5-4-5-5
Plank elbow to knee tuck 9-10-9-10-8-8
Part 2 3 minutes
20lbKB on shoulder and 5 low side step over yoga mat then half burpee then switch
8 times
Part 3 5/20x12 rounds
Jump Squat 14-13-12-11-10-14
Side Crunches 6-8-8-7-7-8
Gotta go to bed now..have to wake up and do another BR workout! :) Don't know which one though gonna look it up now and write it in the book! lol
