Rest Day

My muscles are screaming today..I did two rounds of Seans workout but form wasn't good and was gassed...So gonna rest today and push harder tomorrow....So tomorrow gonna try his workout again and do Lisa's resistance workout..!! Just means im gonna be working out on sunday as well!!

I want to be able to give it 100%!!

Diet was ok today, didn't eat enough though that's for sure....Back on track tomorrow!!!
