Diet Today

Today wasn't too bad!  Had my english muffin with natural peanut butter and honey and a coffee..12oz matcha green tea
Lunch I had 2 chicken thighs with shake'n bake  and about 3/4 cup veggies (onion, mushroom, snowpeas)
Snacks today were a protein shake and Dinner was some leftover steak and put that on a salad (spinich leaves, mushrooms, croutons, red pepper dressing)
And ill admit I had a couple of these beef puff things that my co-workers mom made...they are delicious!!!
LOL can't wait to do the next workout!!!
Ordered my official pink sandbag today, unfortunately not shipping until janary 20th. Ah well
