Turn me On Fitness and Domino Workout Results

OWWW!!!! Okay that hurt!!!!  my triceps are done!!!
eating my steel cut oats with chia seeds brown sugar and blueberries, im obsessed!!

Here are mys scores cause then i have to hit the shower and hurry off to work!!!

Turn Me On
1. p/u, burpee, 2 tck jmp and straight punch   4.5-3-3.5
2."  "  " with 10 hooks 3-4-2

4. 2 mid abs and 2 bag toch abs  19 total-13 total-15 total

Starting on the 2nd round i went to my knees for the burpee pushps cause my triceps couldn't take it

Domino Workout
1. Box jump with FULL burpee instead of half  8-6
2. Lunge Swing with 20lb KB (no sandbag)  20-12
3. 3 point jmp and 2 spider knees (with psh up bar cause no ugi ball) 8-8
4. Side leap with 10lb DB (no ugi)  20-16
5. Tricep dip and knee tck on dip station (one foot on grond) 11-11
6. Walking pike pu  8-5

There ya go!!! Push hard! No time to type anymore!Ill post later
