HOT RIGHT NOW AND SET FIRE TO YOUR ABS

Tonight I did 2 older BR workouts here are my scores
 (HKS between each set) 10/30x 24 rounds
1p/u burpee and tj 7
switch lunges 28
p/u with spider knee 8
HK x10 and MC x10 40/30
Side Brpee and Oblique Abs 6
p/ with plank twist and oblique drop 6
v abs left 10
v abs right 12
hg knee and star jack 16
single toe touch 9
squat jump 20
1/2 burpee and 1p/u 6

10/50x15 for Set fire to your abs
Sumo Squat knee up with 12kg sandbag 21-17-16
Dive Bombers 10--8-5
Step up L with sandbag 16-16-13
Step up R with sandbag 14-18-12
Knee raises with dip on dip station 10-10-7

Jst saw the new bikini booty workout!! Looks good!! looking forward to doing it tomorrow!!
I might pair it up with another workout!!

I think im gonna buy another LULU bra tomorrow, a black one...oooh!! lol!!
