TWO REST DAYS AND BACK IN THE GAME

Well I don't like taking my rest days on teh weekend becase that is when i have the most time to do my workouts!!!
So Thursdays and Friday were CRAZY at work so I took those as my rest days

I have 3 bodyrock routines which I am still to do sat sun and mon (cause im a day behind de to the time they post the workouts)

So I am gonna switch them up a bit and do the SET IT OFF working and LISA's workout today then tomorrow im gonna try the 600 REP CHALLENGE, then on monday do the BRinging Sexy Back workout...(just due to time etc)

So Im having my pre workot coffee and here we go!!!

How is everyone else doing out there?!?!?
